Community Personal Assistance Services

For Maryland residents, living in their home, who need personal assistance and nurse case monitoring to assist with simple activities of daily living like personal hygiene, bathing, and meal preparation.

  • Individuals interested in this program must require assistance with at least one activity of daily living and be financially eligible.
  • Services are provided in the recipients’ home by an approved provider under supervision of a Registered Nurse Case Monitor.
