Community Pathways Waiver

For Maryland residents who have been diagnosed with a developmental disability or with a severe, chronic disability which has been caused by a physical or mental condition, who needs residential, day or support services.

  • Services may include case management, personal assistance, adult day services, employment discovery, and respite.
  • Recipients must be determined eligible to receive DDA services.
