Living Well Program


Living Well Program provides strategies to take charge of your health.

These services include:

  • Staying active - Regular physical activity, help reduce the risk of falling, improving brain function, and relieving arthritis pain.
  • Eating healthy - Regularly consuming meals that are well-balanced is the essence of living healthy.
  • Maintaining one’s health - People can take care of themselves by controlling and preventing their ongoing health conditions, taking medication as presented, and getting regular check-ups.
  • Staying connected - People can improve their overall well-being and prevent depression by talking with friends, volunteering, and doing things they enjoy.

The next step to access these services is by connecting with your local senior/activity center. Programs are available at little or no cost.
